Second Phase - 7th Week

 On 22nd July, a special assembly was held in the morning to celebrate Moon Day, followed by an exhibition that opened at 11:00 AM. 

The 23rd was the final day of the internship of students of KUCTE, Kulakkada. We marked a farewell by sharing sweets with the school students.

The 24th was a wrapping up of our internship. A tinge of sadness filled our hearts as we prepared to bid farewell to the school. We took the opportunity to meet with the students, teachers, and staff, and shared a heartfelt goodbye.

Second Phase - 6th Week

 On the 15th, I was assigned the duty of 'Sradha' and I had to reach the school early. I also conducted the achievement test in 9A and 9C.

The 16th was a public holiday.

On the 17th, I distributed the papers in class and had to clarify some of their doubts. In the fifth period, I got a class in 9C in exchange for a PT period as it was raining. I had to compensate for the hour on Friday.  

On the 18th, 10A students conducted an assembly and they commemorated the Mandela Day. The PTA meeting of 9th students was also conducted.

On the 19th, I had a class in the 3rd and 6th periods. In the 3rd period, I took 9A students for PT. I showed my innovative work in 9C today.

Innovative Work - Affixes

 Innovative work on Affixes was made to teach class 9 students. It includes a tab-it book which pictorially represents an affix, its meaning, and words formed using it, a puzzle set, a set of sliders as well.

Benefits:

1. The pictorial representation helps learners in easily remembering the matter.
2. The puzzle is interesting and make learners active. They learn through game.
3. The slider helps in remembering things connected to a particular affix.

Second Phase - 5th Week

 The week began on the 8th of July. Since 4 teachers were on leave, it was a hectic day. My class was in the 4th period but I had to engage students in various other periods. There was an afternoon class for students who needed to improve their reading and writing skills.

Afternoon Classes

On the 9th, there was a unit test for class 9 students, I had duty in 9c. I didn't have a class on this day.

On the 10th, our optional teacher Jijan sir visited and observed our class. I also discussed the matters regarding the project with him.

On the 11th, there was a special assembly by the Social Science Club. They conducted it as part of World Population Day. I had two classes on the day - in 9A and 9C.

On the 12th, the inauguration of the Waste Management Plant was conducted and I had substitution duty in many classes. I had my own classes in 9A and 9C.

Second Phase - 4th Week

I had a really busy day on the 1st of July. I had exam di in 9B class, and I had to engage 7A in the second period. In the 4th period, I had class in 9A. And I finished a chapter there.

On the 2nd, Sojiya teacher and Binulal sir came for a project discussion and observation. The inauguration of the Social Science Club took place in the fifth period.

On the 3rd, my class was in the 3rd period. I conducted a Diagnostic Test and completed the chapter 'Debts of Gratitude'. I engaged 8B, 8C and 10A in the fourth, fifth and sixth periods respectively. At 1:45 PM, the Science Club was inaugurated and leaders for the club were chosen.

There were no classes on the 4th since there was an educational strike.

To celebrate Basheer's birth anniversary, a special assembly was held at the beginning of the day on the 5th of July. Student-written magazines were distributed, along with a play and book reviews. The Hindi club was officially inaugurated in the afternoon. Dhvani - an organization led a flash mob against drug abuse.
